1. Our services
We provide web design, SEO, web application development, e-commerce, e-learning and mobile app services. The scope, price and timeline of each project are set out in a written quote or agreement, which prevails over these terms where they conflict.
2. Quotes and payment
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- A deposit may be required before work starts. Remaining payments are due as set out in the agreement.
- Late payments may pause work and the launch of the project.
- Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, licences and payment gateway fees are not included unless stated.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, content and feedback on time, and confirm you have the right to use all materials you give us. Delays on your side may move delivery dates.
4. Revisions and changes
The agreed quote includes a stated number of revision rounds. Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before we begin.
5. Intellectual property
Once full payment is received, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries and know-how, and may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.
6. Website use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or use it for unlawful purposes. All content on our website is protected by copyright and may not be copied without permission.
7. Warranties and liability
We work with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific results such as search rankings, traffic or sales. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned.
8. Termination
Either party may end a project in writing. You will pay for work completed up to that date, and any deposit already paid is non-refundable unless the agreement says otherwise.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of your country, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
